All orders are dispatched from Kent, United Kingdom. Orders are typically dispatched within 1–2 working days.
United Kingdom
Standard delivery £2.99, or free on orders over £60. Express delivery £3.99.
International delivery
We ship worldwide. Your delivery cost is calculated at checkout based on your destination:
- Switzerland, Norway & Iceland — £15 standard, £22 express
- United States — $22 standard, $30 express
- Canada & European Union — shown at checkout
- Australia — AUD 30 express
- New Zealand — £22 express
- Rest of world — £25 standard, £35 express
Import duties and taxes — please read before ordering
Sticks Golf is a UK business. Our prices and delivery costs do not include import duties, customs charges or local sales taxes.
If you are ordering from outside the United Kingdom, your order may be subject to import duties and taxes charged by the customs authority in your country. These charges are payable by you, normally to the carrier, before or on delivery. Carriers may also add their own handling fee on top.
We have no control over these charges and cannot tell you in advance what they will be, as customs rules vary considerably from country to country. If you are unsure, please check with your local customs office before placing your order.
Where your order is processed through our international checkout partner, any duties or taxes collected at the point of sale will be shown clearly at checkout. In that case you will not be charged again on delivery.
Please note that refusing to pay import charges may result in your order being returned to us or destroyed by customs. We are not able to refund orders in these circumstances.
